I.A. No. 1 of 2015 has been filed to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the appeal. Considering the duration, the delay is condoned. 2.

The present appeal arises from order dated 7-5-2015 disposing Writ Petition (S) No.1427 of 2015 following an earlier order in Writ Petition (S) No.106 of 2014 (Marisha Shrivastava and another v. State of Chhattisgarh and others).

Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that the appeal may be disposed in terms of order dated 23-4-2015 in Writ Appeal No.227 of 2015/Writ Appeal No.231 of 2015.
