1. Learned counsel for the contemnor would submit that the contempt has been purged, inasmuch as, orders have been passed on petitioner's application for demarcation and correction of record/map.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt petition for taking any further action in the matter. It is accordingly disposed of.

3. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Tehsildar before the jurisdictional Court.
