1. Heard.
2. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that the respondents No.1 & 2 have issued a Letter of Intent dated 8.9.2021, copy of which is filed as Annexure-AD/01, therefore, the respondents' counsel may be directed to seek instruction from the respondents.
3. Counsel for the respondents submits that Clause (J) & (K) of Letter Annexure-AD/01 itself show that two months' time has been granted to the petitioner to submit affidavit and documents, subsequent to which recognition of petitioner institution will be considered. Therefore,
it is submitted that time may be granted to seek instructions from the respondents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there will be no requirement for granting any time as the petitioners have already submitted documents, affidavit as per requirement in AnnexureAD/01, therefore, it is upon the respondents to consider on the representation, affidavit, documents and if the things are found in order, then recognition can be granted for taking admissions in the institution for academic sessions 2021-22. Hence, the petition be disposed off.
5. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondents are directed to consider on the representation, affidavit and documents in compliance of the Letter of Intent dated 8.9.2021 within a period of one month from today.
