For State :
Mr. Ishan Verma, PL Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 07/05/2019
1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 23/01/2018 whereby the petitioner on revocation of order of suspension has been sent of deputation to the post of Deputy Director and posted at the Directorate.
2. During the course of hearing, petitioner in person himself accepts the fact that he has since complied with the order and is presently working at the place where he has been sent on deputation.
3. Given the fact that petitioner has voluntarily complied with the order promptly and present writ petition is filed after about 15 months from the date of compliance of the order, this Court is of the opinion that
writ petition is not maintainable so far as the challenge to the order dated 23/01/2018 is concerned. So far as the inconvenience and difficulties that the petitioner is facing at the present place of posting is concerned, the petitioner would be free to file representation before the higher authorities in the department who in turn shall consider the same and try to redress the grievance of the petitioner.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rohit
