Mr. Sandeep Dubey, counsel for respondent no.2. The challenge in this petition is the notices dated 24.2.2021 (Annexure P-3) and dated 14.06.2021 (Annexure P-4) wherein the petitioner was directed to hand over the vacant possession of the premises, for which the notices are issued.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2/Municipal Corporation, Rajnandgaon, on instructions, would submit that at present the notices have been withdrawn and the Municipal Corporation may propose to demarcate the land.

In view of the submission of of respondent no.2 that the notices stand withdrawn, no adjudication is required in this case at this stage. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Court if any occasion arises in future.
