This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioners seeking direction to the respondent authorities for grant of extension of time to vacate the premises in question.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make an application before the respondent No. 2- The Joint Director and Superintendent, Medical College, Raipur who shall consider and dispose of the said application for grant of time to vacate the premises. If such an application is preferred by the petitioners, it shall be considered by respondent No. 2 within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
