Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that respondent employer would be paying due heed and consideration to the petitioner's grievance as ventilated in this petition and take a decision thereon. 2.

In that view of the stand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petition may be disposed off with direction to consideration of pending representation of the petitioner. Accordingly the petition is disposed off with direction to respondents to examine the petitioner's claim under his representation on grounds raised therein

including which have been raised in this petition as well. The decision be taken within a period of three months as such stated by learned counsel for the respondent himself.
