With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

The petitioner is aggrieved by her non selection and the selection of respondent No.6 as Aaganbadi Worker at Municipal Council, Ward No.1, Panchsheel Nagar, Baloda Bazar, District Baloda Bazar (C.G.). 3.
Under the extant guidelines governing the appointment of Aaganbadi Worker, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of preferring an appeal under Clause 11 (Gha) thereof, therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable.
