1. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.214/2019 registered in Police Station -Kumhari, District- Durg (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and Section 4-6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Prosecutrix appeared along with her father, to state no objection.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to revive if trial does not commence and the applicant completes one year of pre-trial detention.

4. Accordingly, with the liberty as prayed for, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
