The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.60/2020 registered in Police Station Vaishali Nagar, District Durg, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 147 and 148 of the I.P.C.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant

MCRC No. 4119 of 2020 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the eye witnesses.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
