2. In view of the previous antecedents of applicant's involvement in similar nature of crime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive after 2 months.

3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
