Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioner-Jitendra Singh Rajput has filed an application on 23.12.2020 vide Annexure P/1 for repair of the boundary wall and paid the requisite fees, however the same is not being considered till date. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents- Municipal Corporation, on instructions submits that there might have been a reason that because of the pandemic lock-down, it must have been overlooked. Therefore, the respondent-Municipal Corporation will consider the petitioner's application within a specified time. 3.

Considering the submission made by the counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation, it is directed that the respondent-Municipal Corporation shall decide the application of the petitioner Annexure P/1 dated 23.12.2020 within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
