Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 28/06/2021 1.

Aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 01.12.2020 transferring the petitioner from Janjgir-Champa to District Gourela-Pendra-Marwahi, the present writ petition has been filed.

During the course of hearing, it has been revealed that the petitioner has been working in Janjgir-Champa since 2017 onwards, which by itself means that she has put in more than 3 years of service at District Janjgir-Champa. Moreover, Gourela-Pendra-Marwahi is a new district established by the State, where a total new administrative setup has to be established.

Considering all these facts, this Court does not find any strong case made out for an interference with the impugned order of transfer. However, in case if the petitioner is not satisfied with the place of posting, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents by way of a suitable representation ventilating her grievances and the respondents authorities in turn may consider the same at the earliest on its own merits in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
