1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the nongranting of annual increment in spite of the petitioner having obtained
Diploma in Computer application and the intimation of which was immediately provided to the respondents.
2. The petitioner seems to have not made any representation to the higher authorities in the department.
3. Given the said facts, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to make a suitable representation supported with all relevant documents in support of his contention to the respondents 2 & 6 who in turn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner as regards the granting of annual increment on his obtaining Diploma, in accordance with rules, regulations, guidelines and policies governing the field, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of submission of representation by the petitioner.
