1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was alloted a fair price shop and it was being run by husband of the petitioner namely Rajnarayan and on a criminal case under Sections 304-B/34 the husband of the petitioner who was running the shop was arrested. Subsequently, he was bailed out on 31.03.2021. It is further submitted that the petitioner's fair price shop was suspended by order dated 15.03.2021 (Annexure P-3) and after husband of the petitioner was released from jail, he has filed an application to
restore the shop by revoking the suspension order which stands undecided till date by the SDO.
2. Learned State counsel submits that application of the petitioner would be decided within a reasonable time.
3. Perused the documents and heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering Annexure P-5, that after the husband of the petitioner was released on bail, he has filed an application for restoring the shop by revoking the suspension order to the SDO, it is directed that the same shall be decided within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5.
