1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.128/2020 registered at Police Station Pali District Korba (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 307 & 506 of the IPC.

3. The applicant had developed liking for a girl, who happens to be the sister of injured Vinay Kashyap. On this issue, the applicant

MCRC No. 4071 of 2020 caused injuries over the person of the injured by means of club and knife. The injured has received incised wound over the temporal region.

4. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 2.6.2020 i.e. for last more than 3 months and the charge sheet has been filed as also for the reason that the injured has not sustained any bony injury and recovered from the injuries after five days, I am of the opinion that present is a fit case in which the applicant should be released on regular bail.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
