1. The grievance in the present writ petition is that though the petitioner has been posted at Government Middle School, Matenga Block Keshkal vide order dated 28/07/2017 and also order dated 29/06/2018 respondent have not taken steps for releasing the petitioner to join at the aforementioned place.
2. Perusal of the record would reveal that the respondent No. 2 has also passed an order as late as on 15/02/2019 asking the petitioner to immediately assign the duties at the Government Middle School, Matenga, Block Keshkal.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let respondent No. 2 & 3 take an appropriate decision so far as the posting of the petitioner is concerned pursuant to the promotion orders that were issued on 28/07/2017 particularly taking note of the order of posting dated 28/07/2017 and 29/06/2018 and also the order passed by respondent No. 2 dated 15/02/1019, at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of completion of election code of conduct.
