At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petitions have already been considered and decided by this Court in W.P.(S) No.2336/2010 {Jawaharlal Sahu & others Vs. The State of Chhattisgarh & others} and other connected matter, therefore, these writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of Jawaharlal Sahu (supra).

2. Accordingly, the present writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Jawaharlal Sahu (supra).

3. A copy of the order passed in Jawaharlal Sahu (supra) be placed in the record of the present writ petitions.
