Instant petition is for regularization of the construction made. 2.

It is stated by the respondents that during the pendency of this petition appeal which was preferred before the Commissioner, Raipur was decided on 28/08/2019 and the matter has been remanded back to the concerned authority.

Order of the Commissioner dated 28/08/2019 is placed on record for perusal which also fortifies the same. Order further purports that

subject to withdrawal of WPC No. 1352 of 2018 pending before this court, appellate order would be effective.

In view of this, instant petition WPC No. 1352 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.
