The applicant has preferred these bail applications under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime Nos.122/2016, 123/2016 & 125/2016 registered at Police Station Bhilai Nagar, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 354 & 202 read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections 3 (Kha), 4, 5 (Cha), 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 17 & 21 (2) of the POCSO Act.

The applicant, who is a sweeper in a private school, has sexually assaulted the girl students, aged about 5/6 years. 3.

Considering the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
