In the order dated 23.06.20209 passed in MCRC No.3008/2020 there appears to be a typographical mistake in the cause title.

From perusal of the record, it appears that in the order passed in MCRC No.3008/2020 the name of the applicant has wrongly been typed as Shailendra Kumar Beck in place of Shailesh Kumar Beck. Thus, the error is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the name of the applicant in question be read as Shailesh Kumar Beck instead of Shailendra Kumar Beck.

With the modification as aforesaid, ofÏce reference stands disposed of.
