1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 13.12.2018 passed in WPS No. 8310 of 2018.

2. The respondents have now entered appearance and produced a document dated 27.05.2019 (Annexure R/1), whereby the earlier order of transfer of the petitioner/applicant has been modified and the petitioner/applicant has been posted back at District Hospital, Durg.

3. A perusal of the said document, Annexure R/1 would show that the grievance of the applicant/petitioner as such stands redressed by the

-2respondents and the Order passed by this Court has also been acted upon.

4. Under the circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the Contempt Petition pending any further.
