Agrawal Order On Board 08/05/2018 (1) Encroachment proceedings has been initiated against the petitioner. His preliminary objection has been rejected by the impugned order dated 27.02.2018. The petitioner has filed instant writ petition questioning the jurisdiction of the said authority.

(2) It appears from the impugned order that the petitioner's preliminary objection has been rejected. Thus, he may file appeal or revision for seeking appropriate relief before the jurisdictional revenue Court.

(3) In view of above, the writ petition as framed and filed before this Court is not entertained. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appeal or revision before the concerned revenue authority for redressal of his grievances.
