1. This matter arises from the judgment dated 02.01.2017 passed by this Court in WPC No.3232/2016. When the case is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the direction has been complied with and an order bearing No. एफ 6-3/ततन-जल/नयय. पक./17 has been passed on 27.12.2019; a copy of which is placed for perusal of this Court; which is stated as against the interest of the petitioner.

2. In the above circumstances, the contempt matter is closed, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to challenge the order by way of appropriate proceedings.
