The challenge in the present writ petition was to the order dated 12.04.2016 Annexure P-1 & P-5 whereby the services of the petitioner attached at Raipur have been relieved to his parent school i.e. Foolkarra, District Gariyaband.

The writ petition is of the year 2016. Perusal of the order sheets shows that there was no interim protection in favour of the petitioner and by efflux of time the petitioner must have acted upon the two orders. Given the said fact, by efflux of time, the writ petition must have rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petitions stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
