Shri Manish Nigam, Panel Lawyer S.B. : Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/07/2018 Heard.

1. This is an application for extension of time for compliance of the Court order.

2. Exercise had to be undertaken to consider the case of the writ petitioner. By now, nine months have elapsed.

3. Learned State counsel fairly submits that till date, decision has not been taken.

4. It is a very unfortunate situation. This Court is at complete loss as to what prevented the Executive Engineer to decide the case of the writ petitioner even after nine months. However, only by way of last indulgence, it is directed that the decision should be taken within 30 days by the officers failing which, appropriate action would be taken against them for willful disobedience of the

-2order of the Court.

5. State counsel shall do well to inform the concerned officer regarding compliance of the Court order.
