Agrawal Order On Board 18/06/2018 (1) The review of the order dated 27.09.2017 has been sought on the ground that Notaries Rules, 1956 (henceforth Rules, 1956) has been amended with effect from 24.02.2009 and by virtue of Rule 7A of the said Rules, 1956, Interview Board has to be constituted.

(2) This Court, while passing the order dated 27.09.2017, has only directed to consider the matter in accordance with law, therefore, no case for review is made out. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
