The service report earlier was that the Respondent was not traceable as noticed in the order dated 27.11.2015. On 15.1.2015, we again granted opportunity to ascertain the present and correct address for service of notice on the Respondent opining that some address must have been furnished in the bail bonds provided under Section 437A CrPC. It was indicated that no further adjournment shall be granted.
