1. Petitioners are claiming that they have been wrongly deprived of the promotion from the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III to Shiksha Karmi Grade-II (Teacher Panchayat).
2. Rule 18 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Services (Discipline and Appeal)
Rules, 1999 provides for a representation to the prescribed authority, therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to move representations before the prescribed authority raising their grievance concerning denial of promotion within a period of one month from today.
