---- Respondent 10.05.2018 Shri Ravi Maheshwari, Counsel for the applicant. This MCC has been preferred for restoration of WPCR No. 171 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 15.11.2017. After going through the application which is supported by an affidavit, in my opinion reasonable grounds are made out for restoration. Accordingly, MCC is allowed.

The order dated 15.11.2017 is recalled.
