1. By the impugned order, the petitioner, who was working as Technical Assistant under the MGNREGA scheme has been removed from the office by the Zila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa.

2. The impugned order is appealable under the extant guidelines governing the service conditions of the employees appointed under the MGNREGA scheme.
