Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /08/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.310/2020 registered in Police Station Chhuikhadan, District Rajnandgaon for offence under Section 354 (D), 354, 384, 327, 509 (B), 341, 294, 506 of the IPC.

2. As per the prosecution case, the applicant has indulged in outraging the modesty of the prosecutrix every now and then, and used to extend threat & extortion that if she does not give money, he would get her husband removed from the job. He was also talking indecently/ obscenely over telephone.

3. Learned State Counsel informs that the applicant has 7 previous criminal cases involving substantive offence and in addition, 9 proceedings under the Preventive Detention Law have also been carried on against him.
