2. Sagmaen, D/o Late Biphal, aged about 33 years, Caste Chamar, Occupation- Housewife, R/o Village Kushmushi, Post Banja, P.S. Bandei, Tahsil Bhaiyathan, District Surajpur, Chhattisgarh. ---- Respondents For Petitioner :

1. By the impugned order dated 25/02/2019 passed in Claim case No. 19/2016 by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambikapur, petitioner's application for disbursement of the claim amount has been rejected against which this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by her.

2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application assigning good and valid reason for disbursing the amount deposited in fixed deposit. If such an application is made by the petitioner, it would be considered afresh by the learned Claims Tribunal strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
