On due consideration, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned.

M.C.C. No.709 of 2015 This is an application for restoration of W.P.(S) No.1961 of 2015 which was dismissed for non-compliance of Court's order dated 15.05.2015.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and W.P.(S) No.1961 of 2015, is directed to be restored to its original number subject, however, to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association and removing the default within a period of one week, failing which, this order shall loose its efÏcacy.
