1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 8-1-2019 passed by this Court W.P.(Art. 227)No.6/2019 could not be complied with, as the petitioner could not deposit the cost of ₹ 1,000/-. He would further submit that cost will be deposited by tomorrow and in view of that, she may be allowed to cross-examine the plaintiff and his witnesses, as the case is fixed on 4-5-2019.

2. The prayer is fair and reasonable.

3. The order dated 8-1-2019 would be operative, if the petitioner deposits cost of ₹ 1,000/- and the same is paid to plaintiff Khileshwar Sinha by tomorrow. Plaintiff Khileshwar Sinha or his counsel, if both are not available, cost be deposited in the CCD of the said Court payable to the plaintiff on 4-5-2019.

4. The writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
