1. Counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to make suitable representation to the respondent No.2 so far as the place of posting of the petitioner is concerned.

2. Subject to the petitioner making suitable representation in this case, respondent No. 2 may decide the same in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the service conditions of the petitioner and shall decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
