1. The dispute in the present writ petition is only to the extent of non payment of salary to the petitioner for a period between October, 2020 to April, 2021.

The petitioner was subjected to transfer vide order dated 29.10.2020 had approached the High Court challenging the order of transfer which was stayed by the High Court till the representation of the petitioner is decided and representation finally stood decided in April, 2021. His representation stood rejected. However, during the said period though the petitioner has

-2reported for duty all these intervening period but he has not been paid his salary.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up on admission learned counsel for respondent no.3 on instructions submits that steps are being taken for release of salary of the petitioner for a period between October, 2020 to April, 2021 and the same shall be released very soon.

4. Given the said submissions by the counsel for respondent no.3, this Court is of the opinion that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Accordingly, respondent no.3 is directed to ensure that salary of the petitioner for the intervening period between October, 2020 to April, 2021 be released at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
