(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the respondents authorities to comply with the order passed by this Court on 18.01.2018 in W.P. (C) No.146/2018 in its letter and spirit. (3) Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to the respondents

authority and, in turn, the authority concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
