We have heard Learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

With reference to the earlier order dated 16.4.2015 in Writ Petition (C) No. 647 of 2015, Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 submits that the representation of the Petitioner was itself filed belatedly 11⁄2 months later. The Petitioner has also represented before the Grievance Redressal Cell of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India. The response of Respondent No. 1 has already been submitted on 27.7.2015.

In view of the fact that the concerned Ministry is already in seisin of the matter, we are not persuaded with the submission on behalf of the Petitioner that the communication dated 17.6.2015 from the Ministry is in the nature of any positive direction to Respondent No. 1 at this stage. 4.

It is expected that appropriate orders by the Grievance Redressal Cell shall be passed with utmost expeditiousness so as not to render the representation of the Petitioner futile by mere passage of time. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed.
