(2) Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner is working as Assistant Manager, District Trade and Industry Centre, Durg. By the impugned order, she has been transferred in the same capacity to Gariyaband. He would submit that the petitioner would attain the age of superannuation in the month of January 2016, therefore, barely 5 months period remain for her superannuation.

He would also submit that under the State

Government's policy, a government servant who has less than one year to retire shall ordinarily be posted in his/her home/native district. (3) Considering the entire facts' situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers a representation before respondent No.1 within a period of one month from today, the said respondent shall consider and decide the representation within a period of 4 months thereafter.
