The impugned order directing recovery of an amount of Rs.72,200/- has been passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Pandariya.

The impugned order is appealable under Rule 3 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 read with Rule 15 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Discipline and Appeal) Rules,1999, therefore, the instant writ petition is not maintainable. 3.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy.
