Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though compensation towards acquisition of petitioner's land has been determined by the respondent No. 3- Upper Commissioner, Bilaspur but till date it has not been paid to the petitioner by Collector, Raigarh, aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation
before the Collector, Raigarh for disbursement of the award of compensation and, in turn, the said authority shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the parties. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
