Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for grant of permission for construction of residential colony is pending consideration before the respondent authorities since 27.08.2016 and has not been decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 & 3 are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's said application expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
