Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is verge of retirement and he has to retire on 30.6.2016. He has been transferred from Raipur to Jagdalpur, which is impermissible in view of the transfer policy. He would further submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation highlighting his grievances. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the State Government and in turn, the State Government would consider the representation of the petitioner considering the fact that the petitioner is due to retire from his post and take a decision within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.

Till the representation is decide, order dated 1.9.2015 shall continue.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
