1. The matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. as she is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No. 158/2020 registered at Police Station- Tarbahar, District Bilaspur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a duly constituted application afresh. However, he prays for return of certified copy of the impugned order.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

6. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the counsel for the applicant on his furnishing true authenticated Xerox of the same.
