1. Mr. Avinash Chand Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application. However, he prays that a liberty may be granted to the applicant to approach appropriate forum for filing appropriate application under Section 12 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. Bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty in favour of applicant.
