The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.34/2020 registered in Police Station Bhilai, District Durg C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 458, 392, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant

MCRC No. 4147 of 2020 seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of material witnesses.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
