1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.307/2020 registered in Police Station Telibandha, District Raipur for offence under Sections 294, 307, 323/34, 147, 148 & 149 of the IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.
2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The earlier bail application was dismissed with liberty to the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of two injured persons namely, Sheikh Haider and Afridi Mohd.
3. The applicant along with co-accused Abbu Sindhi has caused multiple stab/penetrating injuries to injured Sheikh Haider and Afridi Mohd.
4. The aforesaid injured persons have been examined and certified copy of their deposition would reflect that both the injured persons have refused to identify the applicant.
5. Considering the entire fact situation of the case, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.
6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
