1. Learned counsel for the parties would agree that although the National Institute of Technology, Raipur (for short 'the NIT') is functioning under the control of Central Government, but it is run by a society, which is not separately notified under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (for short 'the Act, 1985'). They would refer to the document Annexure P-2, whereby list of Institutions, which have been notified under Section 14 of the Act, 1985, is provided, wherein NIT is not included.
2. In view of the above, the order dated 04.08.2015, passed in WPS No.2381/2014 and other connected cases is recalled. The review petition stands allowed.
