ORDER

13.07.2020 Heard

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suspended vide order dated 05.05.2020 while he was working at Berla P.H. No.15. Subsequently, his suspension was revoked by order dated 04.06.2020 (Annexure P-5) and he was directed to join at P.H. No.15, Village Sordh. It is contended that P.H. No.15 is Berla wherein the petitioner was working and Village Sordh bears P.H. No.14. It is contended that the petitioner had joined at Village Berla which is P.H. No.15 and after 2 days, another corrected order dated 10.06.2020 (Annexure P-1) has been issued wherein it has been clarified that earlier P.H. No.15 was wrongly typed in Annexure P-5, which should have been actually P.H. No.14 of Village Sordh. Under the circumstances, the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be

given liberty to make a representation before the S.D.O. Berla.

2. Taking into such fact, without any observation on merit, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation before the respondent No.3, S.D.O. Berla, who may decide the same.

3. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Aks
